Ami Nicole (Hoelzel) Mundth

Ami Nicole (Hoelzel) Mundth, age 35 of DeForest died on Friday morning, January 28, 2022 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg after a 7 month battle with cancer.  Ami was born October 14, 1986 in Charlottesville, VA to Tim and Cathy Hoelzel.  They moved to Blanchardville in August of 2000.  She went to grade school in Virginia and high school in Blanchardville at the Pecatonica High School, graduating in 2004.  On New Years of 2006 she met the love of her life, Jerrad Mundth.  On August 16, 2016 they married and have 3 boys, twins Carter and Clay and Cole.  Ami enjoyed being a mother and working at her job at Pooley's where she was a waitress.  She was a strong headed individual and was never afraid to voice her opinion.  Ami loved music and going to concerts.  Also "binge" watching multiple episodes of her favorite shows.  She also enjoyed doing coloring and artwork.

Ami is survived by her soul mate and husband, Jerrad and their three boys, Carter, Clay and Cole; her father Tim Hoelzel (Becky Wagner); brothers Mike Hoelzel (partner Bryon Hobbs) and Chris Hoelzel (fiancé Angelina Castillo); grandparents, Betty Brady, Margie (Everette) Malott; mother-in-law Kathy (Mike) Willis; father-in-law David Mundth; sisters-in-law Kari (Aaron) Granberg, Randi Bach, and Hannah Willis; brother-in-law Ryan Willis; and also many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Cathy Hoelzel; grandparents Stan Brady, John Sharp, Donna and Lloyd Bickford and Joe and Bobby Hoelzel; and some very close friends.

A visitation for Ami will be held from 10:00 am until noon on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Blanchard Hall at 204 South Main Street in Blanchardville.  A funeral service will follow at noon. The service will be live cast for the public on the Saether Funeral Service Facebook page.
