In Loving Memory of Justin
Forever 25, Forever in Our Hearts
With broken hearts and a love that will never fade, we announce the passing of our loving son, Justin, who passed away on October 20, 2026, at UW Hospital at the age of 25. His life ended far too soon, leaving behind a family who loves him beyond words and a void that can never truly be filled.
Justin was a loving son, a cherished brother, and a beloved uncle. He had a special way of lighting up a room simply by walking into it. His presence brought life, laughter, and an energy that made him unforgettable. He was one of those rare people who could change the feeling of a room just by being there, and the world is a little dimmer without his light.
Justin leaves behind his loving parents, Lindsay and Doug Williams and Jason and Laura Palmer (Triston, Seth, and Kayleigh Koch); his siblings, John, Electa, and Abbygale (Johnathon); and his precious baby nephew, Lincoln. He was loved beyond measure by his entire family, and each of them will carry a piece of him in their hearts forever.
He also leaves behind his loving aunts and uncles, Kate and DJ Schuett and Jamie and Jason Bay, along with his loving cousins, Darris, Drew, Declan, Kaleb, Alana, and Kelan. The memories they shared and the love they have for Justin will forever remain part of his story.
Justin is also survived by his loving grandparents, Kathie and Rich Palmer. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Peg Decker, and we take comfort in imagining them welcoming him with open arms.
At just 25 years old, Justin had so much life left to live, so many memories left to make, and so much love left to give. His passing leaves a heartbreak that words cannot fully express. There will be songs that bring tears to our eyes, memories that bring smiles through the pain, and moments when we wish we could see him walk through the door and light up the room one more time.
Though his life was far too short, Justin’s impact will last a lifetime. He will be remembered for his love of music, his zest for life, the joy he brought to others, and the hearts he touched along the way. His memory will live on in every familiar song, every cherished moment, and the love he leaves behind.
Forever our son. Forever a brother. Forever an uncle. Forever a grandson, nephew, and cousin. Forever 25. Forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
Your song may have ended too soon, but its melody will live in our hearts forever.
